Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about our pressure washing services, pricing, and what to expect on the day of your appointment. Still have a question? We are just a call away.

Why should I get my bins cleaned?

Trash bins are a magnet for bacteria, maggots, and stubborn odors, especially through the hot Texas summer. Regular cleaning eliminates the grime and pests that build up inside, keeps your home fresher, and extends the life of the bin itself — all without you having to touch a thing.

What is the cleaning process?

We start with a walkthrough to identify surfaces, stains, and any delicate areas. Then we pre-treat problem spots and apply the right method for each surface — soft washing for siding and roofs, higher pressure for concrete — before finishing with a final rinse and a walkthrough with you to confirm the results.

What is the difference between pressure washing and soft washing?

Pressure washing uses high-pressure water to blast away dirt from hard surfaces such as concrete and driveways. Soft washing uses lower pressure combined with specialized cleaning solutions to safely treat delicate surfaces like siding and roofs.

Will pressure washing damage my home?

Not when it is done correctly. We match the cleaning method to each surface — using soft washing on siding, painted wood, and roofing, and higher pressure only on durable materials. Protecting your property is our top priority.

Do I need to be home during the service?

Not necessarily. As long as we have access to an outdoor water spigot and the areas to be cleaned, you can go about your day. Many of our customers are at work while we complete the job.

How long does a typical job take?

Most residential jobs take between one and three hours, depending on the scope of the work and the size of the property. We will give you a realistic time frame with your estimate.

Are your cleaning solutions safe for pets and plants?

Yes. We use biodegradable cleaning agents that are tough on grime and organic growth yet safe for your landscaping, lawn, and pets when applied properly.

How often should I pressure wash my home?

For most homes in our region, an annual cleaning is recommended to stay ahead of mold, mildew, and algae buildup. Homes near trees or water may benefit from a cleaning every six months.
